Enhancing Graduate Employability
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to deepen the understanding of the development of student employability competences and indicate possible solutions to improve the employability potentials of graduates in the case of a faculty of tourism. We carried out a cohort study on the competitiveness of students entering the labourmarket and desk research on the activities of the institution in this field. The research yielded areas of limited students’ competences and some deficiencies or challenges within the institution.
